Well this weigh-in did not prove to be as successful as the first, haha! I was supposed to weigh-in last Thursday but I ended up staying home with my sick little Emma Kate (another ear infection, yuck!) and on Friday we went out of town for our anniversary trip... and we all know anniversary trips usually include lots of yummy food and drinks and lots of relaxation. So no weigh in for me last week meant I had to weigh in first thing this morning upon arriving to work. I will say that we did hit the gym at the hotel Saturday morning and spent all day walking around Savannah and Hilton Head the rest of the day so my weight gain would have probably been around 5 pounds had I been sedentary, ha! So that's enough stalling I guess, here are this weeks results...
Week 1 Weight Loss: -2.2 Pounds
Week 2 Weight Gain: +1.1 Pounds
Week 2 Weight Gain: +1.1 Pounds
Total Weight Loss: 1.1 Pounds
So that means I have until this Thursday's weigh in to lose some weight!
Guess I better step it up on the exercise this week, huh?
