Biggest Loser Weigh-In {Week 1}


So today was our first weigh-in and to say I was nervous is an understatement. You see, my brother and his family came to visit this past weekend and we just happened to eat quite a bit of yummy food, haha! So I had to drastically cut back and work out this week to make sure I would not be gaining pounds instead of losing them. I am happy to report my hard work paid off!

Week 1 Weight Loss: -2.2 Pounds

Now I just have to maintain that loss and kick it up another notch to get some more of this weight off! Wish me luck!

Final Weigh-In is 4/4/2012!
